LAST 2010, Davao city was regarded as the most populous city next to Metro Manila. This information is borne out of a study by the National Statistics Office (NSO).

NSO also said that this exponential population growth was brought about by the huge number of people migrating from other countries. Moreover,  Davao city also has opened up a bigger corporate hub, as evidenced by new BPO offices, malls and many small and medium enterprises. That said, even people from the nearby cities flock to Davao for job opportunities.

And what’s not to love about Davao? We are still considered as one of the most progressive, peaceful, cleanest and most child-friendly city in the country. In fact, last year, we got the top slot in the “10 Next Wave Cities” in a study led by the Business Process Association of the Philippines (BPAP).

Now, due to this influx, there are also a lot of people who are looking for decent homes here in Davao city. In fact, more and more real estate developers are challenged to give the best deals to a bigger market. And, as one of the best players in Davao real estate development, Kisan Lu Lands steps up to this challenge.

Kisan Lu Lands is a homegrown real estate developer that offers quality housing and services that trump  many national industry players. They have been around since the 1980s, and since then, they have been regularly tapped by the National Housing Association (NHA) to lead NHA projects in Davao city. Eventually, as the early 90s started a spike on the demand on mid-range to upper-class subdivisions, Kisan Lu Lands shifted to making mid- to high-end developments.

Today, Kisan Lu Lands keeps on pushing for the same brand of quality that they were known for: innovation, product longevity and work force efficiency.  Their flagship developments include Amiya Resort Residences, a Thai-themed subdivision located in Puan, Davao city and Bambu Estate, a mid-range subdivision located in Mintal, Davao city. If you are looking for a house and lot for sale in Davao, you might as well check these beautiful developments out.
